Dear Country Bride Customer,

In order to maintain the highest level of customer service, we will be moving our Bensalem location. We will consolidate all operations to our West Point (Lansdale) store effective November 30, 2012. No further business will be transacted at Bensalem after that date. Our West Point (Lansdale) store is thirty minutes away. We have enclosed a direction card for your convenience. You can be assured all orders will be filled and delivered to our West Point store. In an effort to make this transition convenient for you our customers, we will implement the following.

 

For our Bridal Customers:

If your gown has arrived and is being stored at our Bensalem store you have two options. If you choose to have your fittings and alterations completed at out West Point store. We will have seamstresses available Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM, by appointment. Once you inform us you would like to take advantage of our having your alterations completed at the West Point location your gown will be automatically transferred and stored safely until your fitting appointment.

If you do not choose to have fittings and alterations completed at the West point location, you will need to pick up your gown prior to November 30, 2012. Attached you will find a list of seamstresses. These are qualified Bridal seamstresses who have years of experience with The Country Bride. They will complete your alterations at their studios by appointment.

If your Bridal gown was ordered and you are awaiting delivery, we will contact you as soon as it arrives in our West Point store. You can also have your fittings and alterations completed at this new location.

If you do not wish to have your alterations done at our West Point store, we will be happy to make arrangements to have your gown delivered to your home. We will supply you with a list of Bridal seamstresses with studios in your area.

 

For our Bridesmaid Customers:

If your gown is already in and you wish to have alterations completed at our West Point location, seamstresses are available by appointment, Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM. We are more than happy to transfer your gown to this new location.

If you do not choose to have alterations completed at our West Point store, you will need to pick up your gown prior to November 30, 2012. We will supply you with a list of qualified Bridal seamstress who work in their studios.

If your Bridesmaid gown was ordered and you are still awaiting delivery to our store, you can choose to have your alterations done at the West Point location.

If you do not wish to have alterations completed at the West Point location, we will be happy to ship the gown directly to you at no charge. You may also call to receive a list of Bridal seamstress in your area.

 

For our Tuxedo Customers:

If you have an order for an upcoming wedding, we will continue to service you. You can come to our West Point store for your final fitting the week of the wedding.

For your convenience, we can also make arrangements with the Groom to set up a final fitting at one designated location the week of the wedding. The Groom will be contacted within the next week to discuss which option best suits his wedding party.

If you have any questions for the bridal department you can contact Colette, our Bensalem Bridal Manager during our regular business hours. If you have any questions for the tuxedo department you can contact Gene, our Bensalem Tuxedo manager during our regular business hours.  Please be assured that we will do everything necessary to make this a smooth transition.
